Schengen visa
Schengen appointment tracker — BLS, VFS Global, TLScontact, all in one extension.
Schengen visa scheduling is fragmented across three big outsourcing companies and dozens of consulate-specific portals. SlotOwl unifies the monitoring: log into the portal you need (BLS for Spain, VFS for France or Germany, TLScontact for the UK Schengen route), tell SlotOwl to watch it, and get pinged the moment a slot opens at the consulate of your choice.

Portals SlotOwl supports
The built-in Schengen template targets the common UI components — Material datepickers, "Book Appointment" CTAs, the "no slots" / "fully booked" messages — used across the major outsourcing platforms.
BLS International
blsspainvisa.com, blsindia-spain.com, blsportugal.com and other country sites. Used by Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary and others depending on jurisdiction.
VFS Global
visa.vfsglobal.com (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, etc.). The biggest Schengen visa intermediary worldwide.
TLScontact
tlscontact.com (France in many countries, Switzerland, UK Schengen variants). Material UI based — handled by the same template.
Consulate-direct portals
Some consulates (German embassy India, Spanish embassy Mexico, etc.) run their own scheduling systems. Use the visual recorder to teach SlotOwl in three clicks.
How Schengen monitoring works
Log in & navigate to the schedule page
Your VFS/BLS/TLScontact account, your country, your visa type. SlotOwl never asks for any of this.
Pick "Schengen Visa Template" and start
The template polls every 45 seconds. If the page changes layout (it happens — VFS redesigns about quarterly), the visual recorder lets you re-teach the workflow in under a minute.
Alert pings every linked device
Schengen slots historically open in batches at non-obvious hours (consulate-local 03:00 - 07:00 is common). Cross-device push means you don't have to babysit the laptop.
Common questions about Schengen monitoring
Will VFS or BLS detect and block this?
Polling happens at human-paced intervals from your authenticated session, indistinguishable from manually refreshing. We've intentionally avoided the patterns that get traditional scrapers blocked: no headless browsers, no datacenter IPs, no concurrent requests. We do recommend setting polling to the default 45 seconds (not the 20-second Pro minimum) for these portals, which are slower-moving than US visa.
Some consulates only release slots once a week. Is monitoring even useful?
That's exactly when monitoring matters most. Slots that drop in batches at predictable times (e.g. Spanish consulate Toronto often releases Tuesdays around 06:00 ET) get snapped up within minutes by people refreshing. Being alerted within seconds of release is the difference between getting a slot and not.
I need to monitor for a specific city only. Can I filter?
Yes — start the workflow on the city-specific schedule URL (after picking your country and consulate in the portal's UI). SlotOwl monitors whatever page it's on, so the filtering is whatever filters you've already applied in the portal.
What about non-Schengen UK visa monitoring?
Some UK visa categories also use TLScontact / VFS — same template applies. We don't market UK visa specifically because the portals vary too much by country, but the Pro recorder handles it well.
